Bit torsion vst freeware

BIT TORSION is an effect what I define as "animated distortion."

Firstly, BIT TORSION offers all the settings to tweak and twist an incoming signal : bit reducing, sample rate control, drive intensity, band pass and notch filter and also feedback howling ! But that 's not all, it is possible to fold the signal and clip it furiously. Then widen the stereo and also apply a noise gate when it is too excited ...

Then BIT TORSION can animate some of its settings ( to the left ) by a random behavior. You can bind a parameter to a sequence ( by activating the small arrow ) and choose the direction (positive or negative ) of its modulation. Then you can fix the length of the sequence, and finally control the rate of variation, emptying or filling each random data sequence. It may seem complicated but in reality it is really easy and so much fun !

Viola organista vst freeware

In the Codex Atlanticus of Leonardo da Vinci, there is a drawing of a strange instrument called "Viola Organista" which dates from 1488 probably. This is a keyboard instrument that offers a sound like a viol. The idea is ingenious: a system of wheels with horsehair is fixed for rub the taut strings. Under the action of a key, the sound begins to vibrate, result of friction. The expression of this instrument is impressive because the player can play Crescendo on a keyboard! 

Leonard did never have built his idea and the first traces of such an instrument back to the early 17th century. Today there is a single copy dating from 1625 kept in MIM (Musee des instruments de musique / Brussels). And even today, there is a single virtual copy, available here in MIB (Musee des instruments de Boscomac / Web), for you, friends of the Baroque.

Note that the string attack is proportional to the technique used : pianissimo for a slow and soft attack, staccato for a lively and rich attack. Also, the Crescendo / Vibrato is controlled with aftertouch keyboard.

Maurice Martenot was a French pedagogue who was concerned to open a new horizon of music by providing unprecedented means of expression, a palette of sounds not yet heard, putting the progress of science in the service of art. And then, in 1928, he designed and offers this wonderful musical instrument, enigmatic and sensitive: the Ondes Martenot !

People from around the world, this instrument uses French words, true to its origin, but do not panic, everything is explained in the "info" tab of Reaktor! And it is a good way to learn some words in a language which goes very well with poetry ...

So you can choose the following sounds: Ondes, Creux, Gambé, Nasillard, Octaviant or Tutti. The use of FEUTRE allow you to filter the signal and the SOUFFLE add some pink noise. The vibrato adjustment will increase the sensitivity of the instrument by setting the delay, speed and intensity. Finally, you can choose to pass through several diffusers as Pincipal (D1), Resonance (D2), Metallic (D3) or Palm (D4) with the ability to add some stereo.

But most important is to understand how it is played! 

HOW TO PLAY

- Polyphonic, the instrument is played like an organ.
- Monophonic: you choose between the type of control keyboard or ribbon control.
- Modulation wheel : controls the musical nuances, the vibrato speed and intensity.
- Pitchbend : experimental effect often used on the Ondes Martenot.
- Velocity keys : controls the speed of the portamento, in Mono Ribbon mode.

Snowflake vst freeware

SNOWFLAKE is a poetic winter instrument. It can be played from the first snowfall. Each note is a snowflake and as everyone knows, the snowflakes take various forms. This is the case here: the instrument settings allow slight sound variations for each snowflake ...

The concept is quite singular: you do not set the parameters permanently but you determine the chance that a parameter is applied. For example: if you set the "vibrato" knob on 50% for each snowflake you will have an even chance that it will be played "vibrato". Same thing with the octave settings, distortion, sample-reducer, etc. (You will notice that the octave transpositions allow to obtain surprising chord inversions).

The sound of the instrument is still very soft and the knob "texture" adds a little bit of attack (FM). The knob "Magic" offers 3 different effects that add little trace in the air. The "Spread" knob allows to expand the horizon of snowflakes. (As for each instrument / effect, all parameters are explained in the "Info" tab of Reaktor).

Beyond being an instrument, SNOWFLAKE is also a great way to relax, meditate, take the time to listen and watch the snow fall. This is why it has a "Automatic" mode that generates random notes and creates the snow.

Lamellae vst freeware

LAMELLAE is a generator based on physical models that emulates the sound of a tuned percussion as the vibraphone, marimba, bells and more. It consists of two parallel resonators that allow for rich harmonic sounds.

SOUND EXPLORATION
The resonators are adjustable in two ways closely linked: the "tune" that acts on the pitch and the "timbre" that acts on the structure but also on the pitch. The idea is to look for "sweet spot" by changing these settings, regardless of the resulting transposition. Then after finding the suitable adjustment, it must now tune the instrument (by the Tuning section, with the reference of the A440). We must try everything, there are no rules, ears decide by themselves ...

PARALLEL CONNECTION
The advantage of having two resonators is to enrich the sound in different ways: If the resonator acts as the fundamental, the resonator B can play the fifth, and mixing the two correctly, you will get a bell for example. A marimba sound can be achieved with a tuning octave for example while a tubular bell get with dissonant intervals.

MALLET AND MATERIAL
You can adjust the color and the accuracy of the mallet, thus go from a hard mallet used on a glockenspiel to mallet dull and imprecise as can be a corn cob on a balafon for example. You can also choose the type of material ranging from wood to metal, thus go from Marimba to Vibraphone for example.

TOOLS
In addition to its Tuning section, the instrument having a quantizer scale which contains conventional, ethnic, chaotic scales, etc. The last two scales are special: Big Chaos that allows an unpredictable and discordant instrument and Microtonal which reduces the keyboard interval of a few tones only. The instrument is also composed of a Arpeggiator.

LAMELLAE is a kind of small laboratory for those who like to research sounds but it has several presets that already offer various sounds ready for composer.

THE CLAPPER is a tool that allows you to play claps. Any producer worthy of the name has ever need to claps but it does not always have the time to go into the studio with several people to record claps. And one sample of a clap is freeze, it's always the same, it's not ideal.

THE CLAPPER is a sampler: 7 claps were recorded 4 times (Round Robin). You can chain the samples one after the other or play them randomly. The interface offers the following settings:

- Number of Clap: you can choose to play one, two, three, up to 7 claps same time.

- Offset Trigger: you can increase the delay claps so that they do not play quite the same time. Each trig causes a random offset clap.

- Spread Ensemble: you can center the claps or widen the stereo for put all the claps in a circle.

- Velocity Range: here you can reduce the velocity.

- Random Detune: You can detune each claps to humanize a little, give a little more life. Each detuning is made randomly each trig.

- Crowd Enhancer: you can give some extent your claps, to simulate a few more people and place claps in a space.

THE CLAPPER is an instrument to place on any music to give a little spirited. You can use multiple instances at the same time and add your favorite reverb! And what of your hands now? Well, leave them on the mouse, right?

Steps to follow in order to get Paax 3 Pro:

1. Register on Kotkas with a valid e-mail address- you’ll receive a mail with login details;
2. Go to https://server501.net/~kotkasun/hotzone/users.php;
3. Log in with the login details you received via e-mail
4. The download of Paax Pro should start automatically;
5. Install Paax Pro by copying the paax3.dll file in your VSTplugins directory;
6. Open Paax Pro from FL Studio;
7. Click on the logo to bring up the About screen, then click on the ‘Register!’ button;
8. Enter the user and password described in step 3, above;
9. Click on ‘Register’;
10. Restart FL Studio.

GLS!* — is an virtual effect plug-in which allows you to remove vocals from songs. It works on the principle of "central channel subtraction", where singer's voice is usually located.
In addition, the plug-in is able to preserve bass and drums, which are also often located in the center of the stereo space and may suffer along with the voice.
GLS! is well suited for music with good stereo separation and a dry vocal, slightly worse for a wet vocal, and not suitable for mono tracks. However wet vocals can also be slightly muted by narrowing the stereo before processing.
Do not expect magic. GLS! will remove not only the voice: some other musical instruments or sounds may also disappear or become corrupt, and the song loses stereo. But in some cases the result is quite acceptable.

Ixox flute Freeware

I played the flute you hear.
I used to play rather well, but i almost haven't play at all since
7 years. So the sound of the flute in this library is not what people
know as a nice flute sound !!!

Anyway, i hope it can be usefull.

Some details:
  General detail
   - For each octave i recorded a : c Eb f# and a A
     so that you SF2 player will never interpol more than 1 semitone !

  Main flute recorded with a studioproject C1/VTB1:
   - Normal mode : 3 octaves / 3 velocity layers
   - staccato/détaché mode  : 3 octaves / 2 velocity layers
   - Percussiv mode : 2 octaves / 1 velocity layers

  Second flute recorded with an SM58 in a studioproject VTB1 :
   - 3 octave / 1 velocity layer
   - was out of tune before v0.2c (tuned by Mikemix)

   - allow fun stuff like a dirty sound with an emmbeded sf2
